7. Mechanical Engineer Kiln - Superintendent (MEK)
8. Cement Mill Engineer - Superintendent (CME)
9. Electrical Planner - Superintendent (ELP)
Main Roles :
1. OPM to manage the Plants’ objectives with strategic action plan efficiently and effectively. Define the long term, improvement action plans for the whole plant. Settle daily problems and Organize relating to Production.

Brand Development Manager
The incumbent will be responsible to achieve the company’s premium brand position in the Indonesian cement market.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years experience with Brand Development/diagnosing brand issues. Having Experience on Brand Management, Supervisory/ People Management. This job requires sufficiency in a specialized field based on an understanding of concepts and principles normally associated with professional or academic qualification or gained through a detailed gaps of involved practices and procedures in this field.
Field Supper
The incumbent will be responsible to help all those involved in the design and use of cement to get the right design and application and to increase market share and market volume by providing maximum customer satisfaction on our products through
professional support, and field testing.
Requirements :
University degree, preferable from Civil Engineering. Having minimum 2 years experience in relevant field such as QA , QC , technical support areas of a concrete/mortar/other cement base material industry.
