CUSTOMER OPERATION LEAD
This position will report to AP Customer Operation Lead has dotted line function to Country Commercial Lead and will be based in Jakarta.
Major responsibilities;
Leading, directing, motivating and developing the customer operation team to achieve goals and objectives. Develop and maintain long term relationship with customers/distribution channel by ensuring operational excellence relates to sales and marketing operation by putting all processes are in place and compliance to internal and external policies to assure a high level customer satisfaction and loyalty of customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, motivation and development of Customer Service and Customer Operation Representative to promote high performers and future leader of company (succession plan); Develop and maintain strong relationship with external and internal customer and ensure customer service operation; Working with other functions to ensure all processes are in place and it¢s compliances; Responsible for the continuous improvements and development of operational procedure in the sales, credit and marketing operation; Working with other function to manage sales and supply to ensure timely product availability.

Job Requirements:
Minimum College Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accountancy, Management and other related courses. Preferable with 3 years experiences in customer services and management. Skills need; Customer and process orientation. Knowledge in MS Office based applications.
