1. Job Purpose:
Responsible for secretarial task and provide administration general administration support for CEO.
2. Principal Accountibilities/Responsibilities:
- Mainly assisting CEO in daily routine tasks, such as handling incoming/outgoing communication & document.
- Taking minutes in certain meetings attended by senior management, such as BOC/BOD meeting, Mancom meeting and other meetings as per required.
- Manage daily schedule, meeting appointment, meeting schedules either internal or external.
- Manage filling and confidential documents for CEO office.
- Handling petty cash for CEO office
- Coordinating with other departments as per CEO requirement
