Qualification:
- Responsible for the initial set-up and logistics to new services contracts.
- Acting on the best interest of Company negotiations related to Contracting and deployment of equipment and personnel.
- First line supervision as directed to effectively trouble shoot, service and complete new and existing service contracts.
- Mobilize independently in advance of company equipment and personnel to site.
- Take appropriate action to summarize and present documentation in support to award sub contract services as required to complete the works.
- Working from Jakarta office with the requirement for frequent deployment to remote worksites.

Requirements:

- Minimum undergraduate degree with 5 years experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling service or workover equipment, techniques and related civil construction procedures.
- Has similar working experience in Multinational oil service company will be preferable.
