-Minimum Four (4) years professional experience in fabrication, installation, periodic/annual inspection, quality control / assurance, Non destructive testing for Oil & Gas Production. -Familiar with International rules and codes, AWS, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, API etc.

Requirements:
-Minimum diploma in Electric (point-1) and Mechanic (point-2).

Cost Engineer - Batam Based

Responsibilities:
Primary Objective
Candidate will perform all Cost Engineering/Control activities for multiple contracts, ensuring effective cost control function for a multi-billion EPC project, working within existing operational facilities.
Specific Accountabilities
-Oversee engineers duties on providing cost engineering support to the project
-Support Project Controls Manager as required
-Maintaining current cost control database
-Initiating correspondence relating to cost control clarification-
-Reviewing proposed schedule changes with construction personnel, client and contractors
Requirements:
-Note this position is required to be stationed at the fabrication yard at Batam, he will not be based in Singapore.
-Successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or business fields or equivalent experience
-At least 5 years of experience in related construction cost engineer roles on large international Petrochemical EPCM refinery projects
-Capable of performing all site cost engineering requirements
-Must be able to work with engineering drawings and specifications
-Multi-discipline and cost engineer experience required, ability to lead, motivate team members.
-Experience in using computer based project controls software
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Clearly exhibited ability to develop good working relationships
-Possess oral and written English language skills required to function effectively within an international project team
-Ability to work autonomously
