Currently serve as Sr Administrative &amp; Operational Manager for an educational trust, where I coordinate all Administrative functions, including the ones listed in your advertisement. My strengths in managing administrative office systems and building a top-performing executive team.. While providing quality assistance to my current organization, I am also needed to serve, liaise, coordinate with and help staff members of partner organisations.  Carry out all secretarial duties with pride and passion. CDSA would benefit from my administrative and managerial skills.

·         20 years of administrative experience, leading office administration, management and serving as a trusted administrator to the leadership. A nodal contact point for all administrative related activities, which includes procurement / medical device stores, quality services to partners’ organisations, clients &amp; other similarly placed stake-holders;
·         Well-honed office admin &amp; management skills, including all gamut of HRD, event planning &amp; execution; MIS; coordinating with inter deptts, administering record systems and inventory management; 
·         Exposure in optimum utilization of funds, an event &amp; assets manager;
·         Ability to anticipate organisation’s needs, follow through on all details and tactfully handle complex situations; keeping confidentiality &amp;  secrecy in sensitive issues;

Had extensive exposure in handling administrative nature of work, coordination &amp; cooperation in national &amp; internationally reputed non-profit service organisations. Successfully managed secretariat offices of my previous organisations independently; at ease, with team spirit in multi cultural, multi disciplinary set ups.  Ability to provide administrative support services to the leadership of the Agency, well before the scheduled delivery time, to facilitate them to fulfil Mission’s targeted agenda &amp; goal. Ability to adapt quickly to the procedural and technological changes. Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships within team and supervisory relationship. Capacity to understand, analyse structure information &amp; conceptualise problems to identify &amp; implement timely solutions. Well qualified with MBA in HR &amp; Operational Management and computer proficiency, including solid foundation in MS Office Suit. A self starter with ability to work under stressful conditions with minimal supervision.
