Assistant Manager Continuous Improvement (CI) (To be based in Bogor)
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
Male or Female, Maximum 45 years of age, preferably has experience working in Shoe Manufacture previously
Proficient in English, verbal and written
Dynamic, proactive and outgoing personality
Good leadership skill, ability to drive and motivate the team
Possesses good analytical and presentation skills
Good computer literate; Microsoft Office, Autocad etc
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field (CI)
Familiar with Lean Manufacture system
