HUMAN RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
(Bogor – Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Managing Human Resources and Development Division such as recruitment, manning table, employee training,
and personnel administration
Requirements:
- University degree in management or psychology
- Male/ Female Age 30 – 40
- Experience in management level at hospitality industry or hotel management more than 3 years
- Conversant in English
- Strong experience in leaderships and team building
- Depth knowledge on recruitment, training and man power development
Benefits:
- Salary is about IDR 5.700.000 (gross)
- Permanent status (after first 3 month)

GENERAL MANAGER
(Bogor – Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations issues, achieving established financial and
operational objectives and leading a large team including purchasing, marketing, personnel, engineering and
accounting
Requirements:
- University degree in hospitality
- Male/ Female Age 35 – 45
- Experience in hospitality industry/ hotel management more than 10 years
- Experience in management level at hospitality industry or hotel management more than 3 years
- Conversant in English
- Strong experience in leaderships and team building
Benefits:
- Salary is about IDR 12.000.000 (gross)
