Our client, a large coal producing group in Indonesia with integrated coal mining, processing and logistics operations,is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the role of

SENIOR OFFICE MANAGER
Role:
The position is to ensure the smooth running of an office with wide range responsibilities covering supervisory assignments and regulations of the office administrative functions, management of the accounting function, management of all tax issues, procurement and supply chain, project and contract management, compliance with all legislative requirements, corporate governance, and playing the role with the Senior Management.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- College degree in business wirh exposure to accounting, data processing and administrative management and legal would be an advantage
- A good communicator and decision maker, good at multitasking and confident in project management and have adequate knowledge of office software pacakges (word, excel, power point etc).
- Min 10 years of experience in similar fields and in mining industries
- Experienced in outsourcing and understanding basic manpower regulations.

The position will be permanently based in Balikpapan with frequent travels to sites.
