Responsibilities:
-Develop the VECO Indonesia publication and external communication strategy and formulation of guidelines
-Planning, preparation, production and distribution of VECO Indonesia’s publications and other media for external communication
-Generate content for publications and Public Relation’s (PR) materials in collaboration with other VECO-Indonesia staff
-Contact with the communication department in Head Office on information requirements for supporting campaigns, publications and reports, etc. for the global organization
-Manage the team for publications and external communication (VECO-Indonesia staff and consultants)
-Maintain good relationship with press, publishers and other media related institutions
-Contribute to VECO-Indonesia’s decision-making on strategic issues in management team

Requirements:
-At least 5 years experience with publications and media production
-Degree in Journalism, Law, Political Sciences, Rural Development, Economics or Indonesian Language
-Wide experience with design, editing and production of written and audio-visual media
-Good IT skills (Windows, Excel, Coreldraw, Photoshop, Pagemaker, other graphic design software and web page design)
-Skills in facilitation, communication and networking with external parties
-Good publication writing skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
-Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
-Coordination and team management skills
-Understanding of communication networks in the sustainable agriculture, advocacy and consumer Behavior/Awareness sector is an advantage
