Accounting Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)

Responsibilities:
-Establish accounting functions for Indonesia Office;
-Oversee all accounting operations of the office ;
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, and finalization of accounts;
-Prepare full set of financial reports and various adhoc reports to GM and Holding company;
-Manage accounts payable and receivables;
-Prepare operational budgets;
-Plan operational cash flows;
-Implement budgetary control system; and
-Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations

Requirements:
-University degree with an accounting qualification;
-At least 3 years’ experience in accounting;
-Familiar with Quickbooks Software will be an advantage;
-Good communication in English;
-Fully operational in financial processes and analysis; and
-Good time management, interpersonal and people management skills.
