ADMIN GENERAL HSE

Responsibilities :
Perform the administration support works which includes but not limited to filing documents, data entry & management, typing / clerical, correspondence, general translations, administration of goods and material coding, arranging event and meeting, arranging and scheduling transportation (travel arrangement) and other administration support works
Requirements:
a. Male/Female, max. 28 years old.
b. Graduated from Occupation Health / Community Health (Diploma/Bachelor)
c. Having experience 1-2 years in HSE administration works
d. Familiar with HSE Documents, HSE Government Regulation, Knowing about OHSAS 180001 : 2007
d. Shall be able to operate computer standard office application (Word & Excel) well.
e. Shall be able to write in English adequately.
f. Good attitude and team work.
