FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER (Job Position#6032)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the ASEAN FINANCIAL Controller based in Singapore
Manage the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting, Human Resources (HR) and Office Administration matters
In charge of monthly closing , financial accounting, management reporting as well as cash flow management, budget, forecast and tax planning
Ensure compliance to Corporate and local regulatory requirements
Perform analysis on monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements and explain the variances
Provide support to HR function in terms of labor regulation advisory and other HR related matters
Liase with auditors/tax agents/bankers/corporate secretary and lawyers
REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with an MNC
Proven leadership skills in managing a team
Posses understanding of local taxation (VAT, withholding, personal income and corporate) , accountings standards and regulations
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Hyperion Financial Management System will be an added
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
