Assistant Laboratory Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day to day operation of the laboratory
-Ensure timely processing and storage of all cord blood units
-Identify and recommend process development/ improvements in processing and storage of cord blood units
-Responsible for competency testing and ensure adherence to documented procedures and protocols
-Interface with doctors and internal staff to ensure adherence to lab and regulatory requirements
-Maintain safe and clean working environment in the lab
-To be the speaker for internal and public talks, if necessary
Requirements:
-Bachelor in Science/ Biomedical/ Biotechnology or other related life sciences disciplines
-Relevant quality assurance and regulatory compliance experience
-Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
-Ability to lead and motivate lab staff
-At least 3-5 years of hands-on and related experience or industry
-Experience in the use of sterile technique
-Experience in processing of umbilical cord blood would be an advantage
-Only Indonesian are invited to apply
