Assistant Marketing Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
Job Scope: Reports direct to Assistant Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in obtaining information for the services and transactions such as leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc and evaluates data to ensure sales goals are met.
-Ensure sales goals are met within organization strategies and maintain coordination with integral organization functions.
-Establish and maintain client relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combinations of products.
-Establish and build strong client relationships to allow for continuity and ongoing representation, reinforced by sales support or delivery programs and communications to other relevant company functions or departments.
-Monitor competitors activities in each client and execute response strategies, communication and implemention.
-Conduct analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, methods of marketing, customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors which may influence future sales.
-Analyze statistical data to forecast future marketing trends.
-Gather data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
Requirements:
-Hold Bachelor (S1) degree in Marketing with working experience, at least 3 years, in Sales and Marketing Management.
-Good knowledge of sales and marketing as well as its best practices.
-Good leadership and management skills.
-Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English.
-Ability to develop and implement plans and strategies.
-Perform presentations at regional meetings and to customer basis.
-Good knowledge of relevant computer software.
-Knowledge of oil and gas industry and market is an advantage
-Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
-Able to meet deadlines and targets.
