FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting to Finance Controller, the job holder is responsible for managing all financial aspects and to provide financial insights and advice to the management.
Main Responsibilities
-To develop and ensure the financial reporting, planning and analysis being properly prepared and submitted to the Regional head office timely and accurately
-To analyze the business performance, EBIT< Sales on a monthly basis and facilitate business leaders and other local management team members to achieve plan targets by provision of financial tools and analysis and procedures
-To ensure compliance with all corporate and group policies, procedures, and guidelines, audit in GAAP and management controls
-Prepare sales and PL analysis per product line compared to Budget and latest forecast
-Develop and review Sales Contribution statements
-Monitor and report projected sales development issues to ensure plans are reported in the forecast.
Job Requirements
-Finance/Accounting graduate from reputable university
-At least 8 years working experience, 3 of which should be at managerial level in manufacturing industry.
-Experiences in auditing with multi national audit firms will be an advantage
-Sound knowledge in US GAAP as well as local GAAP requirements
-Strong analytical mind and details oriented
-Strong knowledge in finance reporting and analysis.
