Lowongan Barge Master

BARGE MASTER
(Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that the assigned barge is operated in an efficient and safe manner at all times
-Manage all crew members on board
-Liaise with shipping department personnel on matters concerning permit
-Supervise the routine and non-routine maintenance of all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
-Liaise with client for operation issue and as tug problem solver
-Assessing the capabilities and training of barge crew [ ex. crane operator, tug captain, construction, crew etc.] from time to time
-Liaise with Port Captain on all issues relating to operations, including loading and discharging of coal onto the vessels

Requirements:
-Min. have ANT III certificate
-Preferably has a minimum of 10 years experience in the barging, dredging, offshore pilling and other marine construction
-Preference will be given to those with experience in civil / mining industry
-PC literate
-Able to multi-task and work under pressure within tight reporting deadlines
