1. Marketing Manager – Animal Nutrition
Responsibility: planning, organizing, implementing marketing strategy in accordance with business growth
- Bachelor Degree in Veterinary/Animal Husbandry, Master Degree will be an advantage
- 5 years experience in Marketing, with 2-3 years in managerial position
2. Technical Sales Representative – Construction Chemicals (3 positions – Performance Flooring/Admixture System/Cement Additives)
Responsibility: achieving sales target and team objective
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years working experience in the construction or cement industry
- Experience in QC/Production/Process Engineering in cement industry (for Cement Additives)
- Willing to travel extensively
3. Technical Sales Representative – Polyurethanes
Responsibility: achieving sales target and team objective
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 1-2 years sales experience in the relevant industries, Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Willing to travel extensively
4. Technical Sales Representative – Crop Protection
Responsibility: achieving sales target and team objective
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture — Agronomy/Pest and Disease, Master Degree will be an advantage
- 2-3 years sales experience in agriculture industry
- To be located in Palo
5. Sales Administration Officer – Crop Protection
Responsibility: supporting sales & marketing and monitoring order processing
- Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably in Business Administration
- 1-2 years in related experience is preferable, Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
6. DCS & Electrical Engineer (to be stationed in Cengkareng Site)
Responsibility: lead a team of highly experienced electrical supervisor and technicians and to perform excellence maintenance on a world scale, high-tech polymerization production facilities
- Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Excellence knowledge and experience for instrumentation, automation (DCS, PLC, SLS, etc) and safety in chemical industry.
7. Process Engineer (to be stationed in Merak Site)
Responsibility: monitoring production process and trouble shooting of production deviation
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in chemical plant
8. Senior Human Resources Officer (to be stationed in Merak Site & Cengkareng Site)
Responsibility: implementing HR policy and process, including industrial Relations area
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year in related experience, Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
9. Senior EHS Officer (to be stationed in Cengkareng Site)
Responsibility: implementing EHS system
- Master/Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience as EHS engineer in chemical industry
- Excellence knowledge in EHS Management System
General requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully conversant in English
- Familiar with MS-Office
Specific requirements for positions 1 — 4:
- Excellent understanding in the functional/business area, proven track of success in the development and implementation of strategy
- Strong leadership skill and analytical thinking
- Hands on industry experience
