Branch Manager – Personal Banking (Job Code: BM PLB-08)
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
-The jobholder is responsible to develop and implementing business plans for the premier segment as well as maintaining service quality in the branch in order to achieve branch sales target
Requirements:
-Hold minimum Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
-Has minimum 5 years experience as sales team leader in Personal banking, Payment Center and other departments that have significant customer exposure
-Wide knowledge of banking procedure
-Sales drive, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills & service orientation
-Commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility
-Excellent communication in English
-Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
-Has a strong drive to succeed
-Demonstrate high degree of integrity
