RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for checking all claim / Reimbursement expense from all employee;
2.Preparing advance request ;
3.Responsible for recording and updating list advance request and report to Finance Manager ;
4.Preparing deposit & withdraw to bank daily ;
5.Checking the employee settlement ;
6.Checking monthly travel expense ;
7.Receive payment from client ;
8.Preparing the receipt for receiving any money ;
9.Responsible for deposit all payment fm client to bank daily ;
10. Responsible to insert all payment ;
11. Report the received payment to Finance Manager.

DESIRE PROFILE

1.At least bachelor degree or diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting with 3 years experience in similar position.
2.Having skill & knowledge in use of accounting application.
3.Good interpersonal and analytical thinking.
4.Able to work independently and as a team as well.
5.Multi-tasking & computer literate.
6.Good command in English will be advantage.
