Responsibilities :
- Conducting selection process, Preparing tools and administration up to induction program.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment records and database\
- Managing research process (Headhunting, Vacancy Advertising, Campus / School connection, etc)
- Developing creative recruitment hiring solutions
Requirements :
- Female / Male with max. 28 years old
- Education background S1 degree in psychology
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment and selection or assessment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
- High integrity attitude, good team work
