Lowongan CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER VACANCY

we are working with a joint venture insurance company to find the best candidate for: CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and timely Financial Statements that comply with applicable Laws and GAAP, both local and US
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with US GAAP and local accounting standard at all times
- Provide accurate and timely high quality analysis on the balance sheet and income statement
- Constantly keep abreast of accounting policies developments in both local and US, and be in the fore front to lead in any new accounting policies change that impact the company
- Ensure thorough understanding of quarterly results

REQUIREMENTS
- At least bachelor degree in Accounting
- Must be familiar and updated with US and local GAAP
- Must have at least 3 years, preferably 5 or more years related experience in either insurance or financial services
- Ability to reconcile local statutory books to US GAAP accounts and vice versa.
- Determined personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attend to details and have strong analytical skill
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Maturity and flexibility to operate in a matrix management system
- Computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office
