Our client, a Coal Mining Operation in Kalimantan Island require several positions as below:
NON TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
1. REGULATION COMPLIANCE, Jakarta
a. S1 Degree in Law
b. Having 4-5 years experience, especially as legal auditor
c. Familiar with regulation compliance
d. Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining
2. LAND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER, Jakarta
a. S1 Degree in Law
b. Having 8-10 years experienced in government relation
c. Responsible to do land compensation or land acquisition for mining area, to manage record document of land ownership, and to ensure all land asset utilization is used in appropriate & update
d. Having good ability to negotiate and to develop relationship with local community
e. Having good knowledge of mining regulation and land compensation is preferable
3. SENIOR IN HOUSE LAWYER, Jakarta
a. S1 or S2 Degree in Law
b. 5 years experience in legal department or reputable law firm
c. Having knowledge in corporate and general business laws is a must
d. Experience in preparing contract drafting and reviewing, and also in handling corporate and litigation process and disputes relates to operation and business
e. Familiar with contract monitoring of compliances and management of contracts
4. TAX SPECIALIST SUPERVISOR, Bontang
a. S1 Degree in Accounting
b. 1 year experience in Tax
c. Having capability to prepare Tax Planning and good knowledge in Tax Regulation
d. Certified in Brevet A
5. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT, Kutai Barat
a. S1 Degree in Social Science/Law/Public Relations/Communication
b. Having 4-5 years experienced in Social work or CSR area
c. Able to prepare annual CD Action Plan and control CD Program implementation
d. Familiar with rural community activities
6. SECURITY, Kutai Barat
a. D3 Degree in any field
b. Having 2 – 5 years experience as security
c. Having experience as POLRI or TNI is preferable
7. COMMUNITY RELATION SUPERVISOR, Embalut
a. S1 Degree in any field
b. Having 1-3 years experienced in Community Development
c. Having good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization
d. Having good concepts on Community Development, Community Empowerment and Local Business Development Program
8. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, Tandung Mayang
a. S1 Degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related field
b. Having 10 years experience in handling HR Department (Industrial Relations, training, recruitment, administration, expat formalities)
9. ADMINISTRATION MANAGER, Tandung Mayang
a. S1 or MasterDegree Mine Engineering, Management, Law
b. Having 10 years experiences in Mining
c. Knowledgeable of Government Regulation concerning Mining, Manpower and HSE
d. Responsible in develop and propose administration devision’s KPI, Set up administration devision departement’s SOP and controling its implementation
e. Certified in ” Kepala Teknik Tambang”
10. ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPT. HEAD, Tandung Mayang
a. S1 or Master Degree Mangement or Accountancy
b. Having 5 years experience in handling asset management, budget, and Warehouse activity
c. Responsible in prepare and propose asset management dept. budget and SOP, assets database, and stock control
11. EXTERNAL RELATION SECTION CHIEF, Tandung Mayang
a. S1 Degree in Social and Political Science or Law
b. Having 2-3 years experienced in external relation
c. Having good communication skills
d. Responsible in Community Development program planning/execution, build and maintain relation with stakeholders
12. EXTERNAL RELATION SUPERVISOR, Muara Teweh
a. S1 Degree in Social and Political Science or Law
b. 1-2 years Experience in monitoring all permit, land compensate and in building coordination with government officer
c. Fresh graduate welcome to apply
13. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR, Muara Teweh
a. S1 Degree in Human Resources or related field
b. 1-2 years experience in Human resources
c. Responsible to handling human resources development
14. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR, Muara Teweh
a S1 Degree in Accountancy or Finance
b 1-2 years experience in Finance
c. Familiar with Finance System and Procedure
15. SECURITY SUPERVISOR, Muara Teweh
a. D3 Degree
b. 3 – 8 years experience as security
c. Preferably experience as POLRI or TNI
d. Computer literate (MS Office)
16. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, Muara Teweh
a. S1 degree in Social Science
b. 3 years experience as CDO
c. Good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization
d. Posses good concepts on Community Development, Community Empowerment and Local Business Development Program
17. CHIEF SECURITY, Muara Teweh
a. D3 degree
b. 5 years experience in related field
c. Preferably experience as POLRI or TNI
d. Computer literate (MS Office)

1. Excellent communication in both written and spoken English
2. Computer literate (MS Office)
3. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
5. Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity
