Commercial Manager
Requirements
- Master Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent qualifications
- Five years experience in Commercial roles
- Experience with Indonesian Commercial Taxation Law
- Strong Communication Skills and English proficient
- Skills in managing the relationships between the Managers
Responsibilities :
- Managing and developing the Finance and Commercial functions
- Managing the development of Commercial Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasts, Effective cost control and capital evaluation
- Managing the relationships from a financial perspective between the Board, Department Managers, General Manager
- Managing the provision of the effective management and Financial Accounting services
- Performing the duties of Company Secretarial duties for the Board meeting and company register and legal documents
