Superintendent – Compensation & Benefits (Code: SC&B)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Superintendent – C&B reports to the Sr. Manager – Human Resources Strategic.
Know the formal and informal area/s of responsibility goals, standards, policies & procedures that may include some familiarity of other departments within Star Energy, sensitive to interrelationships of both people and functions within the area/s of responsibility as well as across departmental.
Superintendent – C&B is responsible to plan and manage the activities of the Compensation & Benefits and Personnel Administration related matters for both Indonesian and Expatriates employees.
Develop recommendation on improvements of employee’s compensation and benefits policy and procedure to ensure company’s level of competitiveness within market is maintained.
Implements changes on Indonesian and Expatriate salary and compensation package based on approved documents.
Coordinate the implementation of annual salary/merit review. Prepare necessary calculation and analysis of cost, discuss with Dept Manager if necessary. Ensures changes are within guidelines, maintaining internal equity and within approved budget.
Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
Builds and maintains good relationships with departments internally as well as externally with Consultants, Vendors and related government bodies.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably majoring in Math, Finance/Accounting or Human Resources. Equivalent years of experience may substitute for education with proper approvals.
Requires a relevant field and functional expertise in the area of human resources, which is ordinarily acquired through 10 years professional experience in oil and gas industry. Lead or Supervisory experience is a must.
Excellent Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, strong analytical thinking, strong in problem solving
Computer Literate
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
