We are seeking a professional to fill the following position:
COMPLIANCE AUDITOR
Duties
- Execute on site factory social accountability and factory security assessments;
- Troubleshoot and develop workable corrective action plans for factories;
- Communicate result with clients, corporate and local offices;
- Deliver training on social accountability and factory security to factories.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in law/social science/industrial engineering or related field;
- 2-3 years factory social accountability audit experience;
- Familiar with Indonesia labor laws. Factory security (C-TPAT) assessment experience an advantage;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
- Computer skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point;
- Organized, good communicator, good negotiator and able to work independently;
- SA8000 Lead Auditor certificate is an advantage;
- Frequent travel in Indonesia and occasional travel overseas is required.
