Corporate Human Resources Specialist
This position will be fully responsible for evaluation, design and implementation of company-wide overall HR system which include Organization development, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee development, Benefit system etc.
This a strategic position. The incumbent must posses deep understanding of all HR technicalities obtained through sound experience in a similar position. A good interpersonal and consulting skill is required to be able to perform this job proactively and independently. Leadership or managerial skill would be highly beneficial but not a necessity. Familiarity with ISO or other quality Management system would certainly be an advantage.
