Due to expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Indonesia office: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
- Min Diploma degree in any discipline with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00)
- Male/Female with max age 25 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, specially in SAP system
- Proactive, target achiever
- Good etiquette, team player
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
- Willing to work as contract staff
Job Tasks:
- Provide customer service to Distributors and OEM customers
- Ensure customer orders are processed promptly and accurately
- Work with customers on stock reservation, delivery, back orders, claim, pricing and promotions.
- Liaise with forwarder for shipment of goods and expedite collection of goods invoiced.
- Maintain and update customer list, order/sales registers and all other relevant records.
