Customer Service Executive for Refrigeration & Air-conditioning Division
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Responsible to key in customer orders into system.
-Responsible to follow up closely on orders and ensure on time deliveries.
-Responsible to follow up on customer payment and overdue
-Create & source marketing & technical materials such as brochures, technical documentation and samples for product promotion and training purposes.
-Ensure information is given to include and group into the Data base system.
-To prepare general correspondence for sales personal and management.
-To compile literature / catalogue binders for individual product line to customers.
-To maintain filing cabinets for all correspondence.
-Handling promotion activities such as; exhibition, seminars and work-shops
-To assist the receptionist in answering phone calls.
-Other job to be specified by RA Division Manager.
Requirements:
-Excellent computer skills.
-Good command of English.
-Have excellent service mindset.
-Preferably has a bachelor degree, S1.
-SAP knowledge is an advantage.
-Should be a team player, loyal, trustworthy, fast & efficient.
