Customer Service for Sea Export

Responsibilities:
-Receive shipment instruction, costs, and selling rates
-Receive shipment particulars and documentation from the shipper
-Organize the bookings with requested carriers
-Follow the Custom process with the Custom Coordinator
-Manage all documentation
Requirements:
-Male
-Having min 3-5 years experience in sea-export freight forwarding company
-Computer literate
-English is a must
-Honest
-Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
-Willing to work long hours and able to work under pressure
