Customer Support Representative Trainee (CSR TRAINEE)
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
-CSR Trainee is our best created program in our company. CSR Trainee is designed for searching the best qualities, committed and dedicated persons to be trained as an excellent customer service.
-By joining us as CSR Trainee, you are preparing your self to be part of the Customer Support Team to develop our employee.
Main Responsibility:
-Maintain Key Account Customer
-Regular Visit to Customer
-Monitoring Part & Service Progress to ensure Good Quality of Service to Customer
-Following any pending & outstanding payment related to A/R Customer
Requirements:
-Male, single, max 25 years
-Fresh Graduate from Bachelor Degree majoring Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75 (have an experience will be advantage)
-Possess a good communication & interpersonal skill
-High motivated, energetic and tough person
-Computer literate (word, excel, power point)
-Able to communicate in English
-Have a good attitude & appriance
-Have a driving linsence (SIM A / SIM C)
-Willing to be placed at all branches in Indonesia
-Able to start working immediately and assigned a training programme
