Lowongan Kerja Data Entry Jobs

PT. Indonesian Film Centre is a Multimedia Company, located in Central Jakarta, that
is working on a website dedicated to Indonesian films. We are looking for highly
motivated individuals for the following positions:

1. Data Entry Manager
Job description:
- To supervise the uploading, updating and managing of data that need to
be processed for the website:
o To supervise the data entry staff and the data entry process in
order to maintain the quantity and the quality of the data.
o To supervise the work-schedule of the data entry process in order
to ensure the project meets its deadlines.
- To analyze issues or problems that are related to the data entry process in
order to provide the best solution to solve the issue or the problem.
- To provide regular productivity and performance reports to be submitted
to his/her superior in order to support the company’s action plan.
- To fulfill the role of moderator once the website is launched.

Requirements:
- Male or Female.
- Age max 30 years old.
- Bachelor or Diploma Degree.
- 3 yrs experience in data entry or similar work fields and/or 1 year
experience on a supervising level. Administrative skill is a plus.
- Average Typing speed (40 words per minute).
- Communicative, team player, hardworking, able to work under pressure
and/or a tight deadline, target orientated, fast learner and must feel
responsible for his/her work. Interest in film, especially in Indonesian
films, is a plus.
- Computer literate, must be able to operate Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, and Outlook). Must be familiar with major internet community
sites.
- Must be able to write a blog.
- Must speak and write English fluently. Minimal TOEFL 500 points.
- Must be able to join as soon as possible.

2. Data Entry Staff
Job Description:
- Responsible for uploading, updating and managing the data that need to be processed for the website.

Requirements:
- Male or Female.
- Age max 25 years old.
- Minimal High school graduate.
- Must be able to understand English passively.
- Preferably 1 year experience in data entry.
- Average typing speed (40 words per minute).
- Communicative, team player, hardworking, able to work under pressure
and/or a tight deadline, target orientated and must feel responsible for
his/her work. Interest in films, especially in Indonesian films, is a plus
- Computer literate, must be able to operate Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, and Outlook). Must be familiar with major internet community
sites. A vast social network is a plus.
- Must be able to join as soon as possible.
