The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance (AIPEG) is an AusAIDfunded project assisting Indonesia to undertake economic and financial policy reforms. Norton Rose Australia, the Managing Contractor, seeks applications from qualified candidates for the following positions:
Competency Standards Development Adviser -part-time assignment in Jakarta, Indonesia for up to 80 days from April 2011 to November 2012. The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate:
‘
- Experience in developing competency standards in the private and/or public sector;
- Knowledge of the application of competency standards within a human resource management framework in Indonesia, including use in recruitment and selection, performance management and training and development;
- Experience in designing and delivering training courses on competency standards development and providing on-the-job training support; and
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral).
Standard Operating Procedures/Business Process Adviser – part-time assignment in Jakarta, Indonesia for up to 140 days from April 2011 to November 2012.
The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of the national level requirements for SOP/business process review;
- Experience in facilitating a review of SOPs/ business processes in government agencies;
- Experience in designing operational guidelines for SOPs/ business processes;
- Experience in designing and delivering training courses; and
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral).
