Asco Numatics, a division of Emerson Industrial Automation, is a leading manufacturer of fluid control, pneumatic and motion control products serving the petrochemical, refining, industrial automation, as well as the general industry markets. Due to our rapid growth in the region, we invite applications for the position of:
SALES MANAGER – INDONESIA
You will be responsible for planning, directing, strategies and managing the sales efforts for the Company’s range of products throughout the regions with ASCO presence in Indonesia. You will develop and implement market penetration strategies to maximum business opportunities for Indonesia to ensure that business profitability is maintained through control of revenue, gross margin and expenses within Indonesia. You will be responsible for servicing personally important selected major OEM accounts. You will be supervising a team of Sales Engineers and direct their efforts towards marketing prescribed sales targets within their region/territory assigned.
Job Requirements
We value individuals who are motivated, persistent and dedicated to providing outstanding sales results and high levels of customer service. A tertiary qualification such as Degree or Master in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is required. Related 5 to 10 years of working experience in similar industries is required and prior knowledge of fluid control, fluid power and/or pneumatics experience is a plus. The individual must be able to work under pressure with minimum guidance and possess own transport.
