EMPLOYEE RELATION MANAGER
Job description:
- Report to Country HR Manager, this position will be responsible for:
- To manage all industrial, government and community relations in order to prevent & avoid the negative impact of business interruption as impact of labor and community issues.
- To ensure all business practices in line with good corporate governance principle
- To establish a guarantee service to internal and external customers through a defined standard operating procedure as a part of team work for winning business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- 5 years of experience in the employee/industrial relation roles
- Strong knowledge of Manpower regulation and Human Resources function
- Proven leadership, team work, self discipline and good communication skills
- Willing to travel (Site Warehouse)
- Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office
