Amarsons Consultancy have a requirement for PRODUCT MANAGER.
Pre-requisite knowledge, experience & skills
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering or relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 years experience in designing and developing automated equipment for semiconductor industry.
- At least 3 years experience in Technical Manager /leader .
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Experience in Ultra High Precision machine design.
- Experience in High Speed Pick and place mechanism design.
- Good project management skill
- Customer orientated and result focus/driven person .
- Good knowledge in semiconductor packaging and process.
- Good knowledge in product/technology benchmarking .

Job Description:
- Set product development roadmap to meet market needs.
- Set product continuous improvement plan to improve product performance .
- Set cost reduction program to meet customer COO and enhance product competitiveness.
- Provide Technical Sales Support to Sales team.
- Manage Product Evaluation Program with customer.
- Primary Roles – Responsible to the product Sales.
- Secondary Roles – Responsible to product performance on site.
- Conduct Product/Technology benchmarking.
- Reliability and feasibility test.
- Product costing and quotation.
- Machine and module conceptualization design
