EUROPEAN KITCHEN
Sous Chef
Min 2 years exp in European and Asian cuisine. Creating and menu development. Cost control, inventory, stock control, willing to learn from a leading international Executive Chef.
Jr.Sous Chef
Min 2 years in similar position. Pastry, bakery, cold kitchen. Knowlegdge of Asian cuisines an advantage, creating and menu planning , inventory and stock control.
Chef De Partie
Min 2 years exp in Asian Cuisines, Pizza, Pasta, Grill, Tapas, Sauce, Cold Kitchen, butcher, pastry, bakery
Cook
Fresh graduate welcome, willing to learn, team player and great personality

Restaurant Manager
European Restaurant exp, min S1 hotel school background or at least 3 yrs exp from proven establishment
Floor Supervisor
Min 3 yrs exp from proven establishment
Floor Captain
Min 3 yrs exp from proven establishment
Waiter/Waitress
Min 2 years exp in an international bar and restaurant setting
Understanding or European and Asian food and international cocktail
Bar Captain
Min 3 years exp, understanding of beverage cost control techniques
Bartender
Min 2yeras exp from proven establishment
Cashiers
Min 2 years exp, familiar with POS systems such as Raptor, Micros and the likes
Events and Promotion Manager
Min 3 years exp in related fields, media related exp is a plus, strong networking and organizational skill.
*All leadership positions should have a strong team management skill
(All front of the position must meet the following criterias
-Attractive, friendly, and well groomed. An understanding of English, Age between 21-3. –Performance and goal oriented
-Strong interpersonal skill, highly motivated and speedy
-Hospitality school and hotel background is always a plus
*All bar staffs must have the desire to learn advanced cocktail making techniques from international mixologist. Basic understanding of cocktail mixology and discipline in following exact recipe specifications. Flair tenders need not to apply
*On a personal level candidates should be dedicated, hard working, patient and willing to teach others what they know.
