Events and Management Trainee Program Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Pusat)
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the execution of the AXA Indonesia management trainee program
-Responsible for organizing AXA Indonesia’s Employee Engagement events
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-At least 4 year(s) of working experience in HR Development with extensive experience in organizing company events.
-Sound understanding of recruitment and career management activities and programs.
-Able to lead a team of people from various departments within the company for the organization events.
-Able to organize several events simultaneously.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
-Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
-Full-Time positions available.
