Lowongan Executive Assistant

The Apex Consulting Group is a specialist management consulting firm
based in Jakarta. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for
one of our Senior Consultants.

Candidates who do not strictly meet the below criteria will not be
considered.

Candidates MUST have the following Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor degree (Secretary/Business/Social Science or
Economic)
- Minimum 2 years secretarial experience
- Ability to proactively arrange business meetings
- Confident and well presented
- Good communication Skills (written and spoken English)
- Experience in managing sensitive documents and files
- Experience in arranging travel and accommodation and
managing business schedules
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint)
- Able to work under pressure over long hours
- Female candidates with 2-5 years experience encouraged to apply
- Immediate start is preferable but not a must

This position is not for our head office in the Jakarta Stock Exchange Building. It is based in our project office located at Kebayoran Baru.
