-Female, Single
-Degree from reputable university (Civil Engineering)
-At least 3 years experience in facility
-Energetic, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
-Strong cost control management ability
-Good teamwork, proactive and ability to work with limited supervision
-Would be able to start immediately
