1. TAX SPECIALIST
Main Responsibility:
Examine, evaluate and recommend the company financial report by conducting accounting audit and tax audit in order to confirm that the tax reduction, payment and report are complied with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in KAP
- Having a range of experience in Taxation audit
- Familiarity handling tax fiscus is highly desirable
- Brevet A & B certification
- Good command in English
- Computer literacy
- Detail orientation
- Female preferred
2. LEGAL SPECIALIST
Main Responsibility:
Performs legal drafts, legal reviews and legal advices for company purpose. Performs legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project
Requirement:
- Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law or international law.
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core
- Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
- Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
- Computer literate and English fluency
- Female Preferred
