Finance Director (Based in Indonesia, Jakarta)
Reporting to the President Director, the incumbent will lead a team of accounting professionals and be a finance business partner to the operations. He / She will ensure high standards of compliance, put in place adequate financial processes and internal controls to safeguard the Company’s assets and meet reporting requirements. This is a hands-on role.
Job requirements and key attributes:
-Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics and professional accounting qualifications
-At least 10 years of relevant work experience with a multi-national organisation; work experience in a listed company and / or a shipping company are distinct advantages
-Sound knowledge of International and Indonesia Financial Reporting, Treasury and Tax standards and issues, and general reporting matters
-Commercial minded and able to exercise sound judgment in identifying issues and solving problems
-A team player with proven leadership abilities, someone who can walk the talk
-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian
-Strong analytical skills with a flair for numbers and an eye for accuracy
