FINANCE DIRECTOR
Qualifications:
-Master degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Accountancy or Management.
-with minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.
-Highly proficient in financial analysis and Capital markets experience.
-Understanding and negotiating financing documentation & corporate finance theory.
-Good knowledge in dealing with investors, IPO & Bonds issuance.
-Excellent command in English.
-Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation and Labour Law.
