Financial & Planning Manager
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
-To manage the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes for the country/unit, including the Original Budget, Revised Forecasts, Long Term Strategic Plan and Actual.
-To provide local management with in-depth analysis of business results versus targets leading to the identification of opportunities and threats and recommendations for appropriate actions to address them.
-To counsel management on related financial issues that affect business short term and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
-Formal Business Finance Qualification (BA or MBA) and minimum of 8 years in a finance role
-Experience of corporate financial systems
-Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage complexity
-Drive for Results (rigor and self starter)
-Project/Process Management, communication and presentation skills in a multicultural environment
-Very good spoken and written English
-US GAAP
