1.Marketing Support
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel
- Highly self motivated and enthusiastic
- Work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of Business Development team to assist existing customers
- Sales quota at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction
- At least 1 years of working experience
- Customer Oriented
- People and Communication Skills
2. Customer Service Import Staff
Qualification :
- Able to speak and write in English
- Computer literate
- Have experience in handling import shipment (sea or air) as customer service
- Understand import custom clearance procedure
- Live near office
- Man or Woman single
- From STMT Trisakti or same kind academynt>
3. Overseas Billing :
Qualification :
– Issue Debit Note or Credit Note to overseas agent for Jakarta office and branches
– Send the Debit Noted or Credit Note to agent by email
– Prepare and issue the Monthly Sales Revenue & Statistic report
– Handle advance requirement to accounting for Import shipment
– Issue invoice local or Credit Note local for Jakarta Office and send the copy to sipper or consignee
– Issue Tax Invoice
– Man/Woman
4. Operation PPJK Staff
– Input and prepare the PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang)
– Assist to input and prepare the PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) if the pic is not available
– Coordinate with customer service and operation both air and ocean to prepare the PIB
– Coordinate with the customs and EDI company once it is needed
– Communicate with customer for confirmation of PIB before issued
– Make sure all PEB & PIB issued will be recorded in the file
– Responsible for any revision or cancellation PIB/ PEB
– Issued the monthly report for all PIB issued
– ust has experience input PIB & PEB
– S1 graduated
– Prefer for woman
