Head of Marketing

Responsibilities:
-Market Research
-To identify appropriate research methods, techniques and develops in house research skills
-To manage regular research on Competitor, Product, Distribution, Market Update etc.
-Product Development
-To analyse and compare products and applies this information to gain competitive advantage.
-To organise product development team.
-Marketing Communication
-Applies marketing techniques all customer communications
-To select and manages promotion programs
-To create sales kit, brochure etc
-Supplier Management
-Conduct research to identify customer specific need and fulfill the demand.
Requirements:
-Degree or equivalent in marketing or business management
-5 years experience of marketing in a senior position
-Proficient in English
-Good presentation and communication skills
-A good team player as well as independent
