HR Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
-Hands on & supervise the area of recruitment, staff development remuneration (payroll) & industrial relation / employee relation
-To assist Head of Human Capital to translate strategic direction to operational initiatives
-Relate with government in terms of compliance (Ministry of Labor, Jamsostek, etc)
-To ensure a timely services delivered to employee
-Identifies process improvement and recommend solutions as needed
-To supervise HCD team
Requirements:
-25 to 35 years of age
-Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology
-5 years experience in HR as generalist
-proficient in English
-Demonstrated leadership
-A good team player as is able to work independently
-Possess good communication skills, and exhibits strong interpersonal skills
