HR COORDINATOR/ HR EXECUTIVE
1. Male/Female
2. Min 1 year experience in HR Department for HR Executive and 3 years as HR Coordinator
3. English literate is a must
4. Familiar with recruitment process, database, HRIS/HR software
5. Familiar with employee competency assessment & training development
6. Excellent with problem solving & compliance align with Indonesian labor law
7. Excellent of compensation & benefit, negotiation, payroll & Tax PPH21, etc
8. Ability of handling end of contract, resignation, termination, etc
9. Having experience in recruitment (unlimited resources, conduct interview, personal approach, salary negotiation, etc)
10. Able to recruit with deadline
11. Dynamic, leadership & mature personality
12. Ability to work in a team/individuality with high pressure
13. Preferably from Telco industry
