Responsibilities:
-Manage the HR Department for the mining company.
-Lead the HR Team in Jakarta and on the mining site.
-Manage the Compensation and Benefit, Training, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment process of the company.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-Coming from mining industry.
-At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the HR field.
-Experienced in dealing with people in mining site.
-Applicants must be willing to travel frequently to mining site.
