HR Senior Staff
(Tangerang-Banten)
Responsibilities:
- Run Personel Administration at divisional level basis
- Run Recruitment Process
- Run Training and Development coordination
- To Prepare Compensatition and Benefit data
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Personal Administration, Recruitment, Training and Development.
- Preferred skill(s): Compensation and Benefit.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang-Banten.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent.
